About the Fiesta

The “PHILIPPINE FIESTA 2001” is a unique blend of trade exhibits and cultural festival under one roof. It aims to connect the mainstream businesses with the Filipino American consumer market and assist Filipino businesses to penetrate the mainstream consumer market while showcasing the rich Filipino culture and heritage.

Designed to draw the largest crowd of Filipino Americans from the eastern seaboard, the FIESTA is a cost effective medium to reach a segment of a prime market whose buying power is estimated at $52 billion. The event offers an opportunity for businesses to showcase their products and services before a captive market, an ideal setting for product sales promotions, enhancement of corporate image and direct consumer market research. About 20,000 visitors are expected to attend this two-day fair which will be open not only to Filipino Americans but to other communities as well. We aim to generate awareness for this event by utilizing not only the Filipino media but also the mainstream media.

Exciting programs and activities, are being planned and prepared for the enjoyment of those who will be at the FIESTA. The event will not only be a celebration of the rich Filipino culture and heritage but also a time for Filipino Americans to be together as a community.
